How do we know where we're going if we don't know where we are?

This is the idea behind Community Pulse, a dynamic web-based tool that features current local data for water use, energy use, waste generation, and CO2 emissions.  Community Pulse will provide us with accurate, consistent information about Napa County's environmental health and how close we are to meeting our targets.
